Shipment processing time
We ship orders within 7 business days of your order being placed. If for some reason we need more time to ship it, we will contact you via email.
We ship to all 50 states. Please contact us in regards to shipping internationally for the correct rates and ship time.
Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). If there is anything wrong with your tracking, please let us know and we will see what can be done.
Darkhorse is not liable for any product damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & refund policy

Due to the nature of our business and the products we sell, all items are not eligible for a refund.
If our products arrived damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us and we will be happy to send a free replacement if the damages are fully our responsibility. Please note that you need to send us the receipt or proof of purchase to get a replacement.
